Kim Richardson has been in the trucking industry since he was 18 years old. All of his time has been spent in the education and consulting area of transportation. Founder of Kim Richardson Transportation Specialists Inc. (KRTS), Transrep and The Rearview Mirror, Kim is a chronic entrepreneur. Kim’s knowledge and expertise has been sought after by many organizations, associations and government’s globally. Kim has been the recipient of many industry awards and recognized by industry as an expert in his field. He is known as one of the best connectors in the business and utilizes his network to bring value to every Transrep customer. Kim sits on numerous boards and committees as an executive and advisor in Canada and the United States.

Lisa Richardson
Lisa has been involved with the Transportation Industry for over 30 years. Takes care of Web, IT, Marketing and Accounting for various companies. She is a very organized multi-tasker who is very perceptive and loves researching and finding solutions.

John Harrison
A seasoned professional experienced in the Transportation and Financial Services Industries with proven leadership skills and expertise in all facets of Logistics Operations and Financial Services management and development. John believes in leading by example with a high degree of integrity and has demonstrated skills in business development, efficient workflow improvement strategies, safe work initiatives, payroll, and benefits administration, equipment lease negotiations, and hiring and compliance standards.

Jamie Phillips
Jamie was born into the transportation industry and has been working in it since she was 16. She has worked in administration, sales and now with Transrep as the VP of Business Development. With her organization skills she over sees the day-to-day operations to support growth within the company and works closely with our clients to determine their needs.
